A Virtual Assistant does the majority of things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office. Updating the content or your website, replying to emails, invoicing your clients… anything you can do online, your Virtual Assistant can help you with.

I do not have core hours. I manage an average of hours weekly per client to be on top of the workload. If you need to speak with me or meetings at a specific day/time that can be arranged with previous notice. I am usually reasonably flexible. I do take my annual leave in August.

There are so many tools available online to make working remotely easy for everyone. I use Dropbox for file sharing, Google Apps for email, calendar and contacts, Skype for communicating – just to name a few. If you have your own CRM or programs/technologies that you use in your business, I am more than happy to use those.
If you want me to manage your email inbox, it’s easy. I simply set up a copy of your email account on my desktop and manage it from there. Or, if you’re already in the cloud ie. Gmail, I can simply log on throughout the day to action your Inbox.
